This is trauma-informed 1:1 boundaries and personal development coaching for people who were never taught how to have a voice, hold limits, or trust themselves.
If you intellectually understand boundaries but freeze, fawn, over-explain, shut down, or feel intense guilt when you try to assert yourself, this work is designed for you.
In our sessions, we work at the level where change actually happens. Not just insight, but regulation, clarity, and embodied skill. We focus on boundaries, identity, nervous system responses, and power dynamics so you can stop abandoning yourself in real life moments with family, partners, and at work.
This is not mindset coaching, motivation, or surface-level self-improvement. We look at why your body reacts the way it does, how your past shaped your patterns, and what is required to shift them safely and sustainably.
You will learn how to:
Hold boundaries without aggression, collapse, or over-explaining
Recognise when guilt is conditioning rather than truth
Stay regulated when others push, test, or resist your limits
Strengthen personal authority and self-trust
Respond clearly instead of defaulting to survival responses
