RETURNS

At Soul Spirit Rituals, every product is prepared with mindfulness, intention, and spiritual care. We deeply value your trust in our rituals, tools, and sacred items. Our return policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and respectful of both our customers and the spiritual integrity of our products.

If you feel that your purchase does not meet your expectations, we encourage you to review the information below and contact us so we can assist you in the best possible way.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Due to the sensitive and energetic nature of spiritual and ritual-based products, we follow specific return conditions to maintain quality, hygiene, and energetic balance.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition, including all packaging

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of order delivery

  • Any item that has been opened, used, activated, or spiritually charged cannot be returned

  • Ritual kits, spiritual oils, herbs, incense, candles, and energy tools are non-returnable once opened

  • Custom-made, personalized, or intention-specific items are final sale and cannot be returned

  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling are not eligible for return

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all return requests

Soul Spirit Rituals reserves the right to decline any return that does not meet these conditions.

HOW TO RETURN

We aim to make the return process as smooth and guided as possible while respecting the spiritual nature of our products.

  1. Please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order through email or the Contact Us page

  2. Include your order number, product details, and the reason for your return request

  3. Our team will carefully review your request and respond with return approval and instructions if eligible

  4. Once approved, securely pack the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit

  5. Ship the product to the return address provided by our support team

  6. After we receive and inspect the returned item, eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Important Notes

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We do not offer exchanges for spiritual or ritual items once opened

  • For damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos
